Return Policy

We get it — sometimes things don’t work out, and that’s okay. At Exaquo Fashion Store, we make returns simple and stress-free.


🔄 Return Window

You have 14 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return.

To be eligible:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition

  • Tags must still be attached

  • Items must be returned in original packaging


🚫 Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on the following:

  • Final sale items

  • Gift cards

  • Intimates, bodysuits, or swimwear

  • Any item returned after 14 days without approval


📦 How to Start a Return

  1. Email us at carlobilly@exaquo.com with your order number and the item(s) you’d like to return.

  2. Our team will respond with return instructions and a return address.

  3. Ship the item(s) back to us. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.


💳 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll issue your refund to your original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank to process the refund.

We’re so sorry! Please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order with a photo and description of the issue — we’ll make it right.
